Sam Pinkerton is a singer/songwriter from Sarasota, FL. Growing up, she found her musical roots planted in Christian, Bluegrass, and Folk music. She went on to form the progressive-folk band Someone Like Tommy in early 2011. After touring throughout the mid-west and east coast, she moved to Nashville to pursue songwriting. In Fall 2012, she began recording her debut full-length album “An Introduction” with co-producer and engineer, Alena Moran. The album is her take on an organic singer/songwriter sound with folk-pop elements. Sam captivates her audience with her contagious melodies and warm, haunting voice.
