"Lost love, late evenings, and foreign travels resulted in This Heart Will Bring. Written on journeys through Europe and Southern Africa, the tunes are an outcry for home, comfort, and an aid to loneliness. Returning from their travels, Safe in Blue opened up a studio on Music Row in Nashville and ambitiously began recording in late 2012. After hundreds of sessions and many attempts, This Heart Will Bring was born. The lyrics pull from African folklore and old Canadian poems. The sweet often-melancholy words are laid over anthemic choruses and intimate verses."
