The debut EP by The Astrochimps consists of our strongest songs from our first two years together. The tracks are diverse – ranging from catchy licks, to orchestrated melodies, to throw-down rock-out drops. Each part shows our individuality, technical skill, uniqueness. We are not afraid to sit into a groove, and also allow the song to hop across the musical spectrum, including Rock, Jazz, Punk, Funk, and all others that grey the lines. The production of the record compliments the raw and sometimes complex arrangements, giving a sonic backbone that keeps the energy moving forward, and keeps you dancing.
